Annual Report Scores...Again!

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

The Bluegrass Regional Mental Health-Mental Retardation Board has served the 17-county Central Kentucky area for over 30 years. Their annual report for 2003 took a bright look toward the future and highlighted advancements in services and treatments for mental health, mental retardation, and substance abuse.

The report content was summarized in four categories: "A Community," "Innovation," "Services," and "A Workplace." It was all summed up in the line "Imagine a brighter future."

The piece was produced by AD-SUCCESS under the direction of Shannon Ware, Personnel Director of the Board. It was distributed at the Annual Dinner in October of 2003.

The theme of the dinner speakers mirrored the theme of the report - "using creativity in the fulfillment of the organization's work." This theme was maintained throughout the annual report through graphics, artist's quotes, and true stories of courageous individuals in their multi-faceted journey towards healing.

Twelve hundred copies were printed. Additional uses for the report include year-long communication with community resources, political entities, and the physician and clinical community.
